From 5 July, Going Global Partnerships will launch a series of new grant calls for UK higher education institutions to partner with institutions in other countries.
What will the grants cover?
Grants will cover a range of collaborative activities, including:
- exploring transnational education links and developing joint programmes
- establishing research partnerships
- providing mobility opportunities for early-career researchers
- enhancing gender equality
- supporting disability inclusion
- building stronger industry links.
What countries will be involved?
Grant calls will cover a host of countries, including:

Going Global Partnerships gives universities, colleges and others across the higher education, research and TVET sectors new opportunities to build stronger, equitable international connections and extend their global reach. This can lead to more collaborative research, new transnational education opportunities, expanded global networks and long-lasting relationships around the world.
