International Languages and Country Studies Institute (ILACS) was newly founded in May 2015 as an education division of University of Economics HCMC (UEH) in May 2015. The University of Economics HCMC has a rich history since its foundation in 1976. UEH is one of the key 16 universities in Vietnam.

ILACS’s mission is to improve the international languages skills for UEH students and emphasize on the study and research about global cultures and economics.

ILACS is looking for partners to discuss the collaboration opportunities in:

• Student exchange programmes
• Summer courses
• Culture exchange programmes
