The February 2013 India exhibitions reached out to 5023 students across four cities marking an increase of 6.3 per cent over the previous year. A total of 78 UK institutions participated at the February exhibitions and travelled to the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. Statistics revealed that a substantial increase in the queries related to Undergraduate courses was observed this year while queries related to Postgraduate courses remained similar to the previous February exhibition. With extensive media coverage the exhibitions were advertised in more than 45 newspapers with successful media campaigns on various third party sites and social networking sites. UKBA officers manning the stall were supportive in addressing visa queries from students and parents.
