Request for Proposal - UK-China Responsible Research Engagement Gap Analysis
The British Council is seeking to contract the services of a Consultant to conduct an gap analysis of the British Council’s role in the UK-China responsible research engagement and produce guidance for the UK higher education sector on the future of the UK’s collaboration with China.
We invite you to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) by using the Response Template. Subject to any changes notified to potential suppliers by the British Council in accordance with the RFP’s Proposal Conditions, the intended timescales applicable to this Procurement Process are:
