Join the Study UK: Discover You Exhibition and UK Manufacturing Engineering Zone at the China International Education Exhibition Tour

The British Council China is organising a brand-new Study UK: Discover You exhibition at the China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET) from 25 March to 09 April 2017. For UK institutions who have already signed up, and for those who or are tempted to join the road show, there are two special highlights of the exhibition.

The Beijing stop of CIEET, on the 25 and 26 March, will see the launch of our new Study UK: Discover You brand. The new brand showcases the UK as a study abroad destination that offers the perfect combination of world leading education and life enhancing experiences. The UK pavilion will consist of an all-encompassing design representing the strengths, values and reach of UK education and institutions. The brand launch will be supported by a range of online and offline media activities to maximise impact. This coordinated brand launch offers a not-to-be-missed opportunity for UK institutions to showcase themselves and recruit prospective students. Detailed features are as follows:

A UK Manufacturing Engineering Zone will be set up at the Study UK: Discover You Exhibition in all cities to showcase the excellence of the UK's manufacturing engineering programmes. Due to China's Made in China 2025 (MiC2025) initiative, which aims to transforms itself into the world's leading manufacturing power, manufacturing engineering professionals will be highly sought after in the near future. This opens the door to a multitude of new opportunities for UK institutions offering manufacturing engineering and related programmes.

In the UK Manufacturing Engineering Zone, videos featuring UK institutions’ manufacturing engineering programmes will be played on a loop; a poster introducing relevant programmes will be displayed, a manufacturing engineering booklet will be distributed to visitors and British Council staff will be on hand to answer enquiries on UK education. The Manufacturing Zone is an excellent opportunity for you to promote your manufacturing engineering courses and raise your public profile in mainland China. Please refer to the attached invitation for further details.
