The Sultanate of Oman is experiencing significant reform. Thanks to the strategies and policies designed by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, substantial importance has been given to invest in Oman’s Human Capital by focusing on the Education Sector. In the 9th Five Year Plan 2016 – 2020, 34% of the total current expenditure has been allotted to improve the quality of learning, research and development and manpower training.

Held under the patronage of Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Manpower, EduTraC Oman 2017 will take place from 29 – 31 October, 2017 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. EduTraC Oman will serve as a multi-sector recruitment event for higher education & training. The higher education pavilion will provide a window of opportunity for Omanis and Expatriates students to connect with universities and higher education institutions and avail one-to-one career guidance from professionals in Higher Education.
