-The potential partner need to be willing to invest teaching and staffing resources in terms of academic and curriculum development
-The potential partner should have strong research capability in the nominated subject areas

Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College is a state-run vocational college, located in Wenzhou City, honored as Zhejiang Experimental and Leading Model Vocational College.
