Aiming at developing the UK education advisors’ knowledge in studying and leaving in the UK, this global training programme is delivered and managed by British Council and is delivered online over a period of eight weeks. The programme enables advisors to effectively promote UK education and provide high-quality information, resources and services to potential international students. The programme also develops their skills in finding the information they need and how to regularly update their knowledge.

British Council Turkey has been running the online programme having attracted more than 100 advisors since 2005 that contributed to year on year growth of 10% in the number of Turkish students going to study in the UK.

The recent Online Training Programme was run between January and March 2012 and the successful candidates were presented their certificates and plaques at the Award Ceremony that was held at the British Consulate – General on 27 March 2012.
