The British Council Bangladesh celebrated the Customer Service Week (CSW) from the 13th-16th October, 2014. To celebrate this special week we organised a Facebook Chat session on Studying and Living in the UK and a face-to-face counselling session in Dhaka.

The Facebook chat session on studying and living in the UK was held on 14 October 2014 and was delivered in partnership with the University of East London. Statistics are included in the attached report.

scholarship opportunities

We have had positive feedback from the participants who attended in this chat session and they appreciated this initiative as it helped them to obtain important information and advice directly from British Council. Undoubtedly this event created an excellent engagement opportunity with our valued customers.

We also held a face-to-face counselling session on 15 October 2014 on Studying & Living in the UK where we distributed flyers from the University of East London. We also responded to queries about different subject areas of academic and professional qualifications and provided information on visa applications.
