The European Education Fair Taiwan (EEFT) 2015 was attended by 46 UK institutions and the number of visitors increased nearly by 16 per cent (8,680) compared to 7,500 last year, owing to the event being held on Sunday in Tainan.

Using venues with proximity to local institutions resulted in a positive outcome in terms of turnout and visitor quality. The majority of exhibitors (80 per cent) were satisfied with both quality and quantity of visitors in Taipei, albeit with quieter foot traffic on Friday. The event in Tainan was well attended but it was according to exhibitors, the quality of enquiries was not as strong as in Taipei.
