85 per cent was the success rate of the recent British Council Certificated online training for education agents. This has totalled the number of education counsellors having obtained the British Council certificate to 90 over the past five years. 62 out of these 90 counsellors are currently working in the agencies belonging to the British Council Education Agent Network. The remaining members are either working in new education agencies or other educational organisational as international schools.

The training was an eight-week online course with a formal exam at the end. There were supporting workshops about the education UK system and UK Visa for course participants. ‘I really find the course helpful, and it makes me more confident when promoting UK Education,’ as commented by Tam Do, Team leader, IDP.
