The first Jordan Education UK exhibition ran recently and was a great success. The Landmark hotel proved an attractive venue, and overall visitors numbered 650, with generally high quality enquiries from students. Responses from the visitor survey confirmed that Engineering and Management/Business proved popular, with interest in the other subject areas, notably Fashion, IT and Cuisine.

Institutions reported that some undergraduate students were enquiring about admission for next year (2014). While this is useful in maintaining profile and capturing students early in their decision making process, we also acknowledge that the primary objective for most institutions is immediate enrolment during clearing and to study the market, knowing which are the in demand subjects.

With this in mind we are evaluating the dates for next year’s exhibition in order to capture as many students as possible following the release of A-level results or other key dates.
