Education UK Days Turkey March 2014 - REPORT

British Council Turkey organised a large scale student recruitment public event, Education UK Days, in Istanbul predominantly promoting UK’s Higher Education both at undergraduate and postgraduate level study opportunities.

Working in partnership with our key UK and Turkey stakeholders; Ministry of National Education (MoNE), The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), Council of Higher Education (YÖK), UK Visas and Immigration, British Embassy for Chevening Scholarships and UCAS increased the impact of the event and helped achieve to offer a unique event both for visitors and participating UK education providers. The stakeholders from Turkey provided information on their scholarships to visitors and also an overview about their fields to participating  UK education providers.

An extensive promotion campaign was carried out through online and offline channels including TV spots on mainstream media, indoor banners, digital platforms and printed materials. Some facts about Education UK Days:
