In April 2015, British Council Cyprus held their annual Education UK Exhibition.

This year’s event was organised to take place over only one day instead of the usual two, as in previous years. This decision was based on the fact that a number of other educational exhibitions had taken place earlier in the year, which was reflected with slightly lower visitor numbers than at previous events (300). The exhibition attracted a good number of UK institutions (33) and a number of very successful seminars were delivered throughout the event.

The exhibition next year will move to February and will be organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture and other local organisations. In this way we are aiming to provide students with a wider option by adding a UK strand to a larger exhibition and give UK institutions access to a wider audience including students from organised visits by the Ministry.
