On 23 April 2020, the East Asia International Education Services team facilitated a webinar for education agents in the region, covering the following content:

1. Well-being of current students
2. Support for online learning
3. Student admissions
4. Fees and costs
5. The implications of the cancellation of examinations

Speakers were from Boarding Schools' Association (BSA), Independent Schools Council (ISC), and Cognita, a group of schools in the UK.
