British Council Bangladesh organised a two-day school visit programme in four local institutions in Dhaka. Among these institutions three were English Medium Schools (tuition provider for O/A level qualifications) and one private university.

Monday 17 October 2016, the event took place in International Turkish Hope School (Dhaka) and in United International University.

Tuesday 18 October 2016, the event took place in Academia and in Maple Leaf International School.

University of South Wales took part in the school visit. Rezaul Karim, Regional Manager, South Asia for the University of South Wales ran a seminar in each local institution on studying in UK. He provided information on studying in the UK, opportunities available in the university, international development scholarship opportunity for Bangladeshi students and so on. He finished with a Q & A session.
