The British Council Vietnam would like to introduce the University of Economics and Law (UEL), a member university of the Vietnam National University (VNU) in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), founded in 2010 from the Faculty of Economics under VNU HCMC.

UEL aims to become an advanced university in Vietnam with regional and international reputation in the fields of Economics, Finance and Banking, Law, Business and Management. UEL has a target to become a research university being ranked among the top universities in the Southeast Asian region by 2020, and subsequently in the Asian region by 2030.

To realise this goal, UEL is looking for partners to discuss the following collaborations:

1. Students exchange: Short courses (1-4 weeks) or semester approach (credit transfer or non-credit transfer );
2. Field trips for British students in Vietnam: visiting businesses, cultural exploration, etc.;
3. Franchise Undergraduate or Master programmes with on-line or blended modules;
4. Credit transfer for top-up programmes in the UK.
