University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City looking for a UK partner

The University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City is looking for a UK partner to work on a collaborative project in University governance and autonomy. The project is proposed in response to the call of the British Council Vietnam’s Higher Education Partnership (HEP) fund.

Interested UK universities should contact the project coordinator (see the attachment) at their earliest convenience to discuss on concept note application for the HEP by 12 August 2016.
