Top university in Hong Kong seeks partners for dual degrees and UG research fellowships

The University of Hong Kong would like to identify prospective partners for two separate purposes:

  1. Dual degree programmes to be offered jointly with Russell Group level universities. HKU is open regarding with discipline such dual degrees might be offered in, and wishes to merely gauge interest in this type of programme offering at this beginning stage. A precedent is a dual degree LLB offered with University College London, in which students spend two years at each university.

  2. Partners who can offer research internships for Undergraduate Research Fellowship Programme (URFP) students. URFP is an elite programme, students are a small proportion of the student body and are high performers (95 percentile) in their 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate degree. The students are essentially conducting graduate level type work and typically progress to graduate research positions. Partners need to be ranked highly in the relevant subject ranking.
