The British Council in Thailand, in partnership with the Thailand Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), is delighted to invite representatives from UK universities and higher education institutions to attend this exclusive policy discussion and networking event on Thursday 23 May 2024.

The event will provide opportunities for UK university representatives to receive updates from senior officers from MHESI on the latest policy and direction of Thai higher education and Thai universities, including transnational education, priority subject areas, advice on working with different types of Thai universities, and Thailand’s ambition in science and research.

The British Council will also give updates on the projects and programmes designed to help support UK universities in developing education and research partnerships with Thai universities. UK university representatives will also have the opportunity to ask questions and express their ideas and thoughts on how to enhance the collaboration between universities in Thailand and the UK. A networking session will follow the presentation, allowing UK university representatives to have in-depth discussions with senior officers and members of the team from MHESI.
