The British Council in Qatar is delighted to open registration for the wraparound services around the Qatar's annual QIUF 2016 organised by the Ministry of Education & Higher Education. 

We are glad to offer different packages covering logistics* and direct marketing. Institutions are granted the flexibility to opt for any package or activity that suits their needs.

* QIUF 2016 will take place at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), which is located outside the Doha City Centre with limited reliable public transportation links and limited availability of Taxis at QNCC.  The Ministry of Education and Higher Education will be offering limited logistical support to participants with no accommodation.  Therefore, the logistics package is developed to ensure efficient access for UK institutions to the exhibition venue. Please note that we managed to negotiate excellent group rates with a 5 star hotel, located in the West Bay, in October which is a high business season in Qatar.

The direct marketing package has been developed to ensure maximum benefit during your time in Qatar.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from these services, as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal:

·         At 100 per cent of the full package(s) cost for withdrawals received on or after 27th September 2016

Notice of withdrawal must be supplied in writing, via email to SIEM.QATAR@qa.britishcouncil.org
