SUFE is looking for a top UK university with triple accreditation for EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA which is interested in establishing a Ministry of Education approved transnational education joint graduate programme in the field of MS in Business Analytics. Possible subject areas include Big Data Analytics, Finance Analytics. The partnership would be in the format 3 semesters+1 semester (sample timeline):

1^st semester: 2023 Sep.—2023 Dec.

2^ndsemester: 2024 Jan.—2024 Mar.

3^rd semester: 2024 May—2024 Jun.

4^th semester: 2024 Jul.—2024 Dec.

Responsibilities of the two partners

The UK partner will be expected to:

• Jointly develop the curricula for the joint programme.
• Provide support in the quality assurance of the programmes, including hosting academic visits and training of Business Department faculty.
• Undertake the teaching of one third of the core modules of the programme.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations of formally approved transnational education programmes in China.

SUFE University will be responsible for:

• Programme application paperwork to the Chinese Ministry of Education (with supporting documents from the UK university partner).
• Promoting and recruiting students for the programme (start from small size with around 30-50 students, establish an exquisite and international joint programme, and up to around 150 students in ten years).
• To provide adequate classrooms, facilities at SUFE's campus (es) and administrative support to assist in the effective implementation of joint programmes.
• SUFE is open to discussing the financial scheme and other partnership details with the UK partner face to face.

• Dec.2021 to May.2022: Initial discussions on the partnership
• Sep.2022: Application submitted to the MOE (Twice a year: March and September)
• Jun.2023: Approval by the MOE (around 6 months to get approval)
• 2023 or 2024: First year enrolment on to the programme
