The purpose of Beca de Especialización in english language teaching for Teachers Named from Public Educational Institutions of Regular Basic Education at Secondary Level, hereinafter LA BECA, is to provide the “ENGLISH METHODOLOGY SPECIALIZATION” seminar; and satisfy the teacher formation demand at secondary level in the area of English.
