The British Council is looking for an institution or individual consultant with proven track record and expertise in carrying out qualitative research/evaluation both face-to-face and online to support with conducting formative qualitative research and collecting qualitative evidence within a multicounty, multiyear project entitled ‘Online Teacher Community Platform’.

The purpose of this assignment is to strengthen evidence on the implementation and achievements of the professional development programme and community of practice delivered through the Online Teacher Community platform.
