British Council Thailand is holding a pre-departure briefing for UK institution offer holders on Saturday, 24th May 2014 at the Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Hotel Bangkok (BTS Pleonchit).

The briefing will provide participants with essential information on studying and living in the UK, the UK visa application, and travel and financial information. There will be a session where alumni will come to share their experience of studying and living in the UK. Admission to the event is free of charge. We would be grateful if you could promote this event to your students.

In addition, we are also pleased to welcome UK institutions to this event.  These institutions have been invited to host their own pre-departure sessions. The management fee for participating in this event will be £550* (excluding VAT) The services and benefits will include:

• A break out room for the institutions to deliver a pre-departure briefing for their students after the general session.  These rooms will be equipped with a laptop and an LCD projector.  They are available for up to 2 hours.
• An institution logo on the backdrop in the main seminar room, around the events, and on the power points template.
• The institution name will be mentioned by the MC.  
• Managing booking and dealing with enquiries
