The Peruvian Ministry of Education has published a local, commercial tender for delivery of English language training to 2000 secondary English teachers across 10 regions. The programme will run until November, and consists of 236 F2F hours and 164 online hours. 40% of participants will then take an international English test in the three following months. This opportunity is open to all institutions which are registered as national suppliers with OSCE (Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado – State Contracting Organism). This is the 4th time that these terms of reference are being re-published.
