Opportunities to Partner with a Thai University in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine

Mae Fah Luang University, a state institution in Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, is looking for a UK partner to collaborate in the field of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. The management team at the School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from Mae Fah Luang University is planning to visit the UK with some of their PhD students in the third week of March 2018 to meet with potential partner institutions and discuss further collaboration.

The university hopes this visit can expose their students to different research methods and give them ideas for conducting their own research. The university hopes to visit and observe other labs and learn about the research topics conducted there. Lastly, the university hopes to form good relations for possible future collaboration in the form of a joint degree or to establish a student exchange programme or an internship overseas. The university also plans to offer funding for a researcher from a UK partner university to visit their campus in Chiang Rai and conduct research for a short period of time.

Mae Fah Luang University was established in 1998 to commemorate the works of King Rama IX’s mother, Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, to help improve Thailand and the lives of its people. To this day, the university is well-known in the country for its outstanding School of Anti-Ageing and Regenerative Medicine due to its modernity and wide range of topics.
