The conference is open opportunities for UK speakers/ researcher in the field to join such an international scientific conference

event as a role of a speaker or a participant whether you may find useful information on new technologies for urban safety.

Awards will be granted to students and young researchers under 35 years old who perform outstanding presentation and research.

Time & date: 9-11 October 2013
Venue: Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel, 1 Le Thanh Tong St, Hoan Kiem Disttrict, Hanoi, 10000, Vietnam

The registration fee includes 1 symposium proceeding, 2 lunches, 4 tea-breaks and 1 gala dinner.

Delegates: US$200 for early bird registration (before 31 August 2013) and US$250 (after 31 August 2013)
