International Skills Partnerships now open for applications

The British Council is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for organisations in the UK skills sector to develop a foundation partnership project in one of the following countries: Tunisia, Egypt, South Africa, Jordan, Vietnam and Pakistan in sectors as diverse as medical and laboratory assistance and renewable energy. British Council’s International Skills Partnerships offer innovative funded opportunities for organisations in the United Kingdom to share knowledge and experience and to work together to develop new and imaginative approaches to working.
The International Skills Partnership programme is now open for travel grant applications from UK colleges, quality assurance agencies, universities, employers, sector skills councils, awarding bodies, skills academies and other training providers. Successful applicants will receive a grant of £2000 to cover travel costs. A further amount of up to £13, 000 will contribute to the delivery of each successful project proposal. The deadline for submission of applications is 21st November 2014.
