IIE Summit 2015: Generation Study Abroad

Join Us at the IIE Summit and Discover new Paths to Attract U.S. Students

We invite you to join us for the inaugural IIE Summit on Generation Study Abroad on October 1-2 in Washington, DC, USA for action-oriented discussion on how to ensure international experience is a key part of a 21st Century education. We invite you to join the conversation, so that together we can learn and share innovative solutions to increase and diversify study abroad participation, and discover new models that work for campuses and employers.

The IIE Summit is an opportunity for international partners to network and to build connections with U.S. institutions and organizations who are expanding study abroad to new destinations and who are looking for new collaborations. Major questions, such as how to build a globally competent workforce, how to rebrand or redefine study abroad and how to integrate study abroad into every American's college experience, will be addressed at the Summit.

The Summit will feature 4 high-level plenary debates, 20 action-oriented sessions, 2 think tanks and many networking opportunities, as well as an engaging expo hall, to mobilize commitments and inspire new actions. The Embassies of Brazil, New Zealand, Norway and the United Kingdom will host networking receptions for the conference participants.
