Areas of responsibility for the two collaborating partners

The selected UK partner will be expected to work with Henan Institute of Technology to:

• develop the curricula for the joint programmes
• provide support in the quality assurance of the programmes
• issue a bachelor’s degree to students who successfully complete the programme.

Henan Institute of Technology will be responsible for:

• promoting and recruiting students for the programmes
• providing qualified teaching staff as well as the required teaching premises and logistical support for the joint programmes
• supporting prospective students in preparing to study in the UK as part of the programmes.

Henan Institute of Technology (HAIT) is a provincial level public college, which was approved by the Ministry of Education in 1975. It has been awarded the “National Advanced College for Graduate Employment”, and is ranked in the top 50 colleges and universities in China.
