The British High Commission, British Council Malaysia and British Graduates in Malaysia (BGIM) group are working together to plan a prestigious ‘Graduation UK’ event for  graduates and post graduate students of UK universities.  The event will be in the early summer in Kuala Lumpur and is an opportunity for alumni from the last five years to participate in a graduation ceremony and celebrate their success with their families.

We are keen to identify universities who are interested in supporting their alumni in celebrating their academic achievement, particularly if they were unable to attend a ceremony in the UK.  UK alumni in Malaysia will also be given the opportunity to register their interest in a Graduation UK event to enable those who have not registered or lost contact with their university.  This will therefore be a great opportunity to re-connect with alumni and undertake follow up activities in SE Asia.
