The British Embassy Bangkok in co-operation with British Council Thailand are organising the first ever Graduation UK Thailand event on Sat 30th January 2016 at Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon. At least half of Thai graduates and postgraduates who studied in the UK did not attend their graduation ceremony in the UK – often due to cost, work commitments, or the absence of family to share their treasured moment. Graduation UK – Thailand 2016 celebrates the achievement of alumni in a prestigious ceremony to be held for the first time in Bangkok on Sat 30th January 2016 at Royal Paragon Hall Siam Paragon. The event is supported by GREAT funding and runs in parallel with Education UK exhibition 2016 (https://education-services.britishcouncil.org/exhibition/education-uk-gr...), the largest UK education fair in Thailand.

This is an opportunity for UK universities to offer your Thai alumni the chance to wear and be photographed in their university cap and gown during a formal ceremony in Thailand.
In addition to UK alumni attending the Graduation UK Ceremony, the event welcomes UK alumni to reunite and network with their friends and to expand their business and social network.
