The Forum on Education Abroad’s ninth annual conference Moving Beyond It Was Great: Student Learning and Development in Education Abroad will be held Wednesday-Friday, 3-5 April, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois.  This conference is a great way to engage with study abroad professionals from across the USA.

To increase our Forum engagement, the British Council is interested in hosting a drinks reception with college/university partners. The British Council is happy to facilitate this and is looking to learn if other institutions are interested in joining this event.  We are looking to keep the costs as low as possible. The reception will likely cost ~£400 or less per institution.

Institutions will be encouraged to invite their contacts. The British Council will also, of course, work to invite our networks and manage the event.

This will be a great opportunity to engage with your key contacts at the conference outside of the official venue.
