ELT Consultancy Opportunity: Laos
British Council is seeking a UK consultant who will be able to produce a realistic and well costed business plan for a proposed Centre of Excellence in Laos. This will include reviewing the Ministry’s initial plans and working in consultation with relevant stakeholders, including ELT provider institutions currently operating in Vientiane.
Deadline for application is 30th September 2016.
