British Council Malaysia & Brunei is organising a series of Education UK promotional activities covering major cities in the Borneo Island of Sarawak (Kuching, Sibu & Miri), Brunei (Kuala Belait) and Sabah (Kota Kinabalu & Tawau). 

We are inviting Higher Education and Further Education institutions to join us on the roadshow which is aimed at increasing UK’s market presence and showcasing the variety of opportunities available within UK’s education offer. The event will provide participating institutions an opportunity to:

1. Follow up from the exhibitions held in April
2. Increase the UK’s profile in second cities : Sibu, Miri, Kuala Belait and Tawau
3. Recruit international students for Clearing 2013 and the January 2014 intake at various levels

Costs

Participation in the Education UK Borneo Roadshow 2013 is open to all UK institutions at a cost of GBP600 for each city except for Kuala Belait School Fair at a cost of GBP360.

This includes:

• Exhibition venue, promotional materials and newspaper advertisements
• Presentation sessions at selected venues
• Face to face counselling at A Level school in Kuala Belait
• Return bus transportation from Miri to Brunei

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation, subsistence or freight.

Note: A minimum participation of 10 institutions per venue is required to run a successful event.
