Ecuador – Teacher/teaching assistant recruitment for English language programme in state schools

Are you an organisation with proven experience in recruiting experienced native English language teachers and teaching assistants for overseas roles?

The Ecuadorian Ministry of Education (MoE) is seeking an organization or organizations specialized in teacher recruitment for a language programme in state schools across the country. The programme will be aimed at supporting Ecuadorian teachers of English in state schools and raising students’ English levels through collaboration with experienced native English language teachers and language assistants.

Participants will be assigned to educational Institutions across Ecuador in order to teach English as a foreign language and provide support for Ecuadorian teachers of English in state schools.

The programme will be structured in 2 waves and each will run for 10 months, commencing September 2015 and May 2016; 200 teachers/assistants will be required for each wave, and teachers may opt to stay on in Ecuador for the second wave.

Bids will need to be submitted by 13:00 on Friday 21 August.
