East Malaysian college seeking partnerships in Supply Chain and Logistics

** REMINDER **

An established college in East Malaysia is seeking interested UK institutions to partner in delivering undergraduate degree course(s) in supply chain and/or logistics management. Prospective UK institutions should be open to delivering the full programme in Malaysia.

In addition to supply chain and logistics, the college is also interested in partnerships to deliver courses in online business management. These courses can be at the Executive Diploma (Vocational), Diploma, or Degree levels.

The college currently offers:

• Certificate in Business Studies
• Foundation in Management
• Diplomas in Business, Entrepreneurship and Accounting and Finance
• Degrees in International Business Management and Accounting and Finance
• CAT and ACCA

The college was established in 1998 and has since grown into a reputable institution with partnerships with UK, Australia, China and Singapore institutions. It currently hosts around 700 students, mostly undertaking the ACCA qualifications. Five per cent of their students are international. Their areas of expertise are in financial, accountancy, management and entrepreneurship education. The college is registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. Their Diploma and professional programmes are also accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency.

Action Required

Interested UK institutions should send an Expression of Interest to June Lo by 26 September 2016. Institutions should preferably include a short one-pager on their institution and links to the course(s) they propose for partnership. This will be forwarded to the local college for their review.
