The Indonesian Ministry of Education is known as Kemendikbud Ristek (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology). The Kemendikbud provide the Indonesia Scholarships Programme (BPI) - these scholarships are for undergraduate postgraduate doctoral and non-degree levels. Market news: Vietnam National Government Scholarship aims at 7,600 PhD and Master lecturers by 2030
The Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam is implementing ‘Programme 89’ to improve the capacity of the higher education sector. Programme 89 sets a goal for the next 10 years to train 7300 lecturers from Vietnamese higher education institutions with doctoral degrees, and over 300 lecturers in the Culture, Arts, Physical Training and Sports sectors with master’s degrees.
