Chinese municipal education authority seeks UK partner for English teacher recruitment

Are you an organisation with proven experience in recruiting experienced native English language teachers for overseas roles?

Background

Chongqing Education Commission in China is seeking a UK organisation or organisations specialising in teacher recruitment to support the delivery of an English language programme in Chinese state schools across Chongqing municipality.

The programme is aimed at supporting local Chinese teachers of English in state primary and middle schools, and raising students’ English language competence through collaboration with experienced native English language teachers.

Opportunity

Chongqing Education Commission requires 20-30 experienced native English teachers for this programme. The programme will start in September 2016.

About Chongqing Education Commission

Chongqing Education Commission is the municipality’s educational administrative body and is in charge of:
• providing guidance for the reform of the municipal education system
• implementing relevant education laws and regulations
• defining specific local educational policies
• preparing and coordinating local education development plans
