Produced every three months, the Agent E-newsletter will be a key communication channel from British Council Vietnam to develop professionalism to agent counsellors. The Agent E-newsletter will contain following main content:

• Education UK system updates: to improve knowledge about UK education system and keep agents informed about development, improvement or changes in UK education sectors
• UK Visa & Immigration information: to keep agents informed about new visa policies and regulations
• Events and training opportunities: agent training opportunities (courses, briefings), agent events/fairs/networking
• Collaboration opportunities with British Council: Events and media campaign of British Council that agents can participate or collaborate with
• UK institutions introduction: introducing UK institutional profile and their interest in finding agent partners in Vietnam

By placing an institutional advert in the Agent E-newsletter, UK institutions will have following benefits:

• Approach a network of trusted agents in Vietnam which have been surveyed by British Council and met specific standards. The network is constantly updated with new agents during the year.
• Have a cost-effective way to introduce institutional profile to a wide network of agents through a digital marketing channel, instead of distributing institutional brochures
• Connect and exchange information with suitable agents before doing scope visits to them in Vietnam at a later stage.

  How UK institutions can advertise in the Agent E-newsletter:

• There are four advert slots in each E-newsletter
• Advert content should feature an introduction to your institution including location, history, academic strengths, benefit to students and a contact point for further enquiries from agents. You can include links to further information on institutional websites or social media channels.
• The advert content is limited to 300 words. A photo can be included with size of 190 X 107px.
• Service fee: GBP 150 per advert. The price is exclusive of 20% VAT unless otherwise stated.
• The advertising service is implemented on a first-come first-served basis upon registration forms received from UK institutions.
