The ‘Connect the Dots’ job fair - To circulate among Vietnamese graduates and alumni

Connect the Dots’ - one of Vietnam’s biggest job fairs will take place this August in Hanoi. The event was first held in 2013 by British Council Vietnam and the UK Alumni Association in Vietnam aiming to connect Vietnamese UK graduates with big firms and help boost their career success.

This year, the event expects to receive more than 1,000 UK alumni, graduates and undergraduates. More than 20 recruiters are expected to join the fair including Prudential, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Vingroup, Deloitte, McKinsey&Company, IBM, Navigos, First Alliances, ICAEW, CPA, Techcombank, Vietnam Esports, Goldsun, Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), National Citizen Bank (NCB), Hai Au Aviation, and EVN NPC (Northern Power Corporation) and etc.

This is a chance for UK alumni and fresh graduates to gain a better understanding of the job market in Vietnam, explore job opportunities, and talk directly with business representatives who will be on site to provide information on job opportunities with their companies.

UK institutions are invited to circulate the event information to Vietnamese students and alumni. The registration should be made before 5 August 2016. Due to the limited seating, the registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
