The first Education UK Exhibition run at Warsaw National Stadium on 7 December 2013 went really well and was proceeded by an intensive and varied promotional campaign.

Thanks to that campaign the numbers of visitors doubled in comparison to previous years despite terrible weather conditions which prevented many visitors from coming, especially those from northern Poland where all traffic was stopped because of violent winds and storms.

Many flights from western Europe were cancelled but to our relief ALL our Exhibitors found alternative connections and most of them appeared on Country Briefing on Friday evening.

We hosted boarding schools, colleges and universities. Many visitors were looking for English Language schools and we hope that in November 2014 Exhibition we will be able to meet the expectations also of those visitors.

The venue was crowded all the time and a series of seminars were well attended with students sitting on the floor at some sessions.

We also arranged the live broadcasts between Poland and UK. Polish students and their teachers were talking about the experience of studying in the UK boarding school and universities. People in the room, students and parents, had many questions and the Q&A part  was very professionally managed by the panel in the room consisting of the British Alumni Society members, including a popular TV journalist.

We hosted the global British Council Professional Development Manager who handed in Education UK Certificate for Counsellors to the first Polish Education Agents who had completed British Council  on-line course for agents.

Due to great interest from the audience, we have decided that in 2014 we will run a two day exhibition on 28 November in Kraków and on 29 November  in Warsaw.

It is worth noting that our exhibition directly follows the Germany Tour Exhibition.
