These forums were attended by seven UK university Art and Design specialists:

1. University of Gloucestershire
2. Central Lancashire
3. Anglia Ruskin University
4. University of Bath Spa
5. Coventry University 
6. Nottingham Trent University
7. Teeside University

and over thirty Indonesian institutions including ITB, Gadjah Mada, and Institut Seni Indonesia. The events were hosted in Jakarta at BINUS University, in Yogyakarta at Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) and in Bandung at Intstitut Technology Bandung (ITB).  In the morning sessions, the UK institutions delivered presentations on their particular areas of strength in Art and Design teaching and research. The afternoon sessions involved one on one discussion between UK and Indonesian faculty.

This type of event was the first of its kind for the British Council in South East Asia and it is envisaged that it will be used as a model for similar events in other markets.

It is planned that a return visit to the UK will be arranged for November.
