The Creative Spark: Higher Education Partnership Programme runs in 7 countries in Wider Europe (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) with the UK to drive enterprise and entrepreneurship skills using UK experience. As part of the programme, The Big Idea Challenge is the British Council`s largest video pitch competition, designed to help young people to develop their own business ideas. 600 new business ideas have been created this year and 10% of these focus on Climate Change and Environmental solutions.

The winners will be announced with an online awards ceremony to be broadcasted across 7 programme countries and the UK on 30 July. The champions will receive prizes, including mentor support and start-up grant.
