British Council Korea is organising a TNE mission to Korea in partnership with Korean Association of International Educators (KAIE), which will take place in Seoul and Daegu on 7 and 8 November 2012.

Aims

  • Gain a better insight into developing transnational education programmes in Korea
  • Discuss challenges and solutions for increasing UK-Korea student mobility
  • Focus on regional universities and collective partnerships

Targets

  • 10 UK institutions particularly interested in student mobility and transnational education
  • Delegate’s remit includes partnership developments

Cost

  • Participation Fee :  
    GBP 800 (discounted rate for the exhibitors in “UK study Fair in Korea”, 10 and 11 November 2012)
    GBP 1200 (exhibition non-participant fee)
  • Cost coverage  : 
    Transport (no airport pick-up/drop-off included) and meals during the mission, hotel booking

Activities will include briefings, institutional visits, contact seminar and networking event with a range of target audience.
