Create opportunities for students to study a foreign degree, primarily at SLIIT by offering an offshore programme at SLIIT
Create more study opportunities/alternate study pathways for SLIIT students by enabling them to study in the foreign university during their final academic year
Provide study opportunities to international students at SLIIT
Conducting joint research with local and foreign researchers
Establish student exchange programmes
Establish staff exchange programmes
How will this collaboration benefit both institutes?
The objective of such a partnership is to establish cooperation between SLIIT and a foreign university, to strengthen relationships, share expertise, and improve educational opportunities and will operate based on equality and mutual benefit. Furthermore, the Parties regard such agreement as underpinning deeper and broader collaboration that may include PhD education and collaborative research.
