In the latest Study Work Create newsletter we have a number of exciting opportunities for UK based students including:
- English Language Assistants: Third year students and graduates can spend a year teaching English at schools in Europe, China, Canada and Latin America. This opportunity is ideal for language students as it's a great way for them to improve their language skills. Applications close 28 February for opportunities starting in the summer.
- IAESTE Programme: STEM undergraduates can spend between six to 52 weeks on a paid traineeship with a top employer abroad. Applications close noon on 24 November
- Study USA: Students studying in Northern Ireland can spend the 2017/18 academic year studying business in one of over 140 institutions across the country. Applications close on 5 December.
- Generation UK - China Internships: Receive funding to spend two months interning at an industry in China. Applications close 12 December.
- Languages Teacher Training Scholarships: French, German or Spanish graduates can get a scholarship of £27,500 to train to teach languages in schools in England. More information will be available soon.
- Volunteer in Ukraine: Help teach English to Ukrainian children on summer camps lasting for between three to five weeks. Applications close 31 January.
- Teach English in Japan: Through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme (JET) people can apply to become an Assistant Language Teacher. Applications close 25 November.
- Work at the British Embassy in China: The UK Visas and Immigration department based at the British Embassy in Beijing has summer jobs available (three to six months) for Entrance Clearance Officers and Visa Writers. Applications close 1 December.
