The British Council will be participating in the EU Study in Europe Fair in Johannesburg on 17th and 18th May. The event will take place at one of South Africa’s largest and leading public universities, the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). The two day event will attract undergraduate and postgraduate students and will include a two day manned exhibition stand by British Council officials, digital display opportunities around the campus, as well as a presentation led by British Council’s Country Director, Colm McGivern.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to showcase your institution by displaying materials at the British Council stand. There is no charge for this. We can display the materials of up to 20 institutions selected on a first-come-first-served basis. Promotional material for up to 100 people per institution can be accommodated.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please be aware that you are responsible for all freight costs and logistics: the British Council will not be able to assist if freight goes missing, is held up in customs, is wrongly delivered etc. Promotional digital media accompanying hard copy materials could potentially be accommodated.
Should you wish to participate:
please email Tshegofatso.Thulare@britishcouncil.org no later than 5pm, Friday 11 May (SAST) to express interest. Materials would need to arrive at our offices by no later than Tuesday, 15th of May.
