Shandong Yingcai University is looking for UK partners to develop and deliver articulation and/or joint programmes in the field of pre-school education for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, with the aim of recruiting up to 100 students per year.
The suggested models for the programmes are: 3+1 articulation programme, 4+ 0 joint undergraduate degree programme and 4+1 joint postgraduate degree programme.

Areas of responsibility for the two collaborating parties
The selected UK partners will be expected to work with Shandong Yingcai University to:
- develop the curricula for the joint programmes
- provide support in the quality assurance of the programmes
- issue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to the students upon completion of the programmes.
Shandong Yingcai University will be responsible for:
- promoting and recruiting students for the programmes
- providing qualified teaching staff as well as the required teaching premises and logistical support for the joint programmes
- supporting prospective students in preparing to study in the UK.
About Shandong Yingcai University
Shandong Yingcai University is one of China's largest private universities, which was founded with the approval of Chinese Ministry of Education in 1998, and is under direct administration of Shandong Provincial Education Department. It has over 39,000 students, across two campuses in the city of Jinan.
The College of Pre-school Education aims to prepare the best early childhood educators and has been the largest base for early childhood teacher preparation in China since 2013. It has over 7000 students in residence, with an employment rate of over 95%, and 10,000 of its students have graduated and worked as early childhood educators around China in daycares/ECE institutes.
